In a wirephoto dated May 22, 1956, newly acquired first baseman-outfielder Preston Ward poses for the camera in a Cleveland home uniform. He was traded to that club by the Pittsburgh Pirates the previous week. Outside of his 1957 Topps card, this is the first photo I've seen of Ward in a Cleveland uniform.
