Middle infielder Irv Hall played with the Philadelphia A's from 1943 through 1946. Although this photo bears no original date, the Connie Mack 50th Anniversary sleeve patch was worn by the 1950 club. Baseball-Reference lists Hall as playing in ten games for the 1951 Corning A's (then a Class-D Philadelphia affiliate), so my best guess is that this photo was made during spring training in '51.
